This policy explains how Novalo ("we", "us") handles personal information when you sign up for a free guide, receive our emails or buy one of our digital products.

What we collect

• Your email address (and your first name, if the form asks for it), which you enter yourself on one of our opt-in sign-up forms.
• Basic email activity, such as whether an email was delivered or opened and whether a link was clicked, recorded by our email provider.
• Purchase status: if you buy a product, we receive confirmation of the purchase from Gumroad so we can send you the right emails.

We never buy, rent or import email lists. Everyone on our lists signed up themselves.

How we use it

• To send you the free guide you requested.
• To send a short series of related emails with tips and, where relevant, an offer for the full product.
• If you buy, to stop sending sales emails and send information related to your purchase instead.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Email provider

Our emails and sign-up forms are run by MailerLite, which stores your email address and sends our emails on our behalf.

Payments

Products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Gumroad processes your payment; we never see or store your card details.

Creators we work with

Our products are made in partnership with content creators. A creator may receive a commission when you buy through their link, and may see aggregate sales figures.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click removes you from future emails. You can also email us and we will remove you.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We keep your information only while you are subscribed or as long as needed for the purposes above.
