Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, then handed off to our shipping partners. Standard delivery takes up to 21 days, with most orders arriving in under 15 days. Some products have longer delivery times, which are noted on the product page. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Yes! We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details. You can also track it anytime on our Track Your Order page — just enter your order number and the email or phone number used at checkout (or your tracking number directly) to see its current status.

Contact us as soon as possible at getnovalo@gmail.com. We can only cancel or change orders that haven't shipped yet — once an item is on its way, it can be handled through our returns process.

All Novalo products are returnable. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we cover return shipping and will replace or refund it at no cost to you. If you simply change your mind, you can return it too — you'll just cover the return shipping. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Email us at getnovalo@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or defect. Please wait to hear from us before shipping anything back — we process return requests within 1–4 business days and send you a return shipping label with instructions.

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, you can return your original item (return shipping is on you for a change of mind) and place a new order. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
