Welcome to Novalo ("Novalo," "we," "us," or "our"), an online store operated by ANIE LLC, an Indiana limited liability company. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getnovalo.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 9, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide us is accurate, current, and complete. You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
3. Product Information & Availability
Novalo sources, fulfils, and ships the products listed on the Site. We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including colors, dimensions, and materials, but slight variations from the images and descriptions on the Site may occur. Product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payment via the methods presented at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other providers made available on the Site. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payment is charged in full at the time your order is placed. Charges may appear on your payment statement under the name ANIE LLC or Novalo. You are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or import taxes that may apply to orders shipped outside of the country of origin; these are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being handed off to our shipping partners. Shipping times can vary by item. Based on the products currently offered on the Site, in-transit shipping generally takes up to 6 business days, so most orders arrive within approximately 3–9 business days of purchase. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and orders shipped internationally or during high-demand periods may take longer to arrive.
Novalo is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but for hygiene and safety reasons, all Novalo products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund except in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please refer to our Return & Refunds Policy for full details on how to submit a claim. As a general guideline, contact us at getnovalo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo showing the damage or defect, and we will respond within 1–7 business days. Novalo covers the full cost of return shipping for approved damaged or defective claims. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANIE LLC and its officers, members, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to damages resulting from product misuse or shipping delays. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence provide otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent state or federal courts located in Allen County, Indiana, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
